India Got Latent,Famous Social Media Influencer and Youtuber Ranveer Allahabadia facing hatred for Passing Vulgar Comment on a TV show,
Ranveer Allahbadia, a famous Social Media influencer and a prominent YouTuber and podcaster also known as "BeerBiceps," is currently embroiled in controversy due to an objectionable and a vulgar remark he made during a stand-up comedy show titled "India's Got Latent." The comment has led to hatred among his Social Media audience, widespread backlash, legal actions, and multiple First Information Reports (FIRs) filed against him and others involved in the show for allegedly promoting obscenity.
In response to the controversy, the Mumbai Police have conducted raids at Allahbadia's office and have summoned him for questioning. Additionally, the Maharashtra Cyber Cell has filed a case against approximately 30 to 40 individuals associated with the show, spanning from its first to sixth episodes.
Amid these developments, a video has surfaced online showing Allahbadia appearing emotional and expressing guilt over work disruptions. However, Ranveer Allahabadia is feeling guilty now and said sorry to his followers and also requested his followers and his audience to forgive his mistake as an Human Being in his Instagram reel and where he apologized and accepted his mistake
The controversy has also prompted discussions at the parliamentary level, with a committee requesting the Information and Broadcasting Ministry to propose amendments to laws by February 17 to prevent the dissemination of such content in the future.
As of now, investigations are ongoing, and Allahbadia, along with others involved, is expected to cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
